Here at Salam Halal Butchers, we aim to provide you with a punctual and reliable service. We are committed to a 2 working day turnaround from the moment you place your order with us. If you have any specific requests or preferences, please email sales@salam.uk.com or telephone our sales team on +44 1753 573 555 and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

NOTE:
Delivery may sometimes take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift, dinner party or special occasion we advise you to always allow an extra 24 hours.
Your delivery will arrive in an insulated box containing ice packs which is chill test safe for up to 48 hours in an unopened consignment.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- We deliver to within 8 Km radius of shop from Monday to Sunday.
- Delivery charges applicable for orders under £100.00 is £10.
- For all orders totaling £100.00 or above we offer Free Delivery.
- Click and collect / Store pick up / Collect from Store timetable.
- Next Day collection is applicable for orders placed before 1pm today- collection for next day after 5pm.
- All Orders placed after 1pm will be ready for collection a day after.
- Orders placed on Friday will be ready for collection on Monday. There will be no shipping charges levied for these orders.

As the items we supply are Perishable, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the parcel is accepted on the day of delivery. If an attempt was made to deliver and failed due to no one being present at home, then the responsibility and liability for the loss of goods lies with the customer, in this respect no claim can be made against Salam Halal Butchers.
